Enzymatic System

The process consists in obtaining bioactive peptides by protein hydrolysis through enzymes, and works at low temperatures (around 60°C). The objective is to obtain a high-quality product with specific nutraceutical properties for animal and human consumption (in the case of maintaining the legal requirements of the raw material’s health chain).
