Continuous Cooker

The Kontinuer Continuous Cooker are highly efficient for cooking raw materials of animal origin and can be sized for small and large productions. The cooking method is based on the heat exchange between the product and a multitubular shaft, which is heated by the movement of saturated steam in its interior. An efficient purge system eliminates the condensate inside the shaft, ensuring maximum yield. The process ensures the homogeneity of the final product and low steam consumption.
