The feathers line of a meal plant belonging to a large slaughterhouse group from Goiás had its production limited because of the feather dryer provided by an Italian company.
Analyzing the customer’s need to purchase a new equipment, Kontinuer’s Engineering department proposed to reform the dryer installed, expanding the steam output expansion chamber, the condensation line, and the bleeders. With the same equipment, it was possible to increase production by 30%, making it unnecessary to expand the plant.
