Despite the challenges faced in 2020 due to the pandemic, Kontinuer’s After-Sales, composed of more than 25 professionals, exceeded its goals.
To achieve this, we had to reinvent ourselves in regard to services, continuously improving our way of working, of dispatching our maintenance teams, of having agility and quality in delivering our parts and services.
We are very pleased with 2020, since it brought challenges upon ourselves, which we overcame, further increasing the loyalty of old partners in addition to winning new customers.
