Aerocondensers - Kontinuer

Kontinuer Aerocondensers use air flow at ambient temperature to condensate and cool gases from the cooking and drying process, thus reducing the level of odors. The process consists in the indirect heat exchange between process gases and ambient air flow generated by high flow ventilators. The gases are directed to the interior of stainless-steel tubes with aluminum fins, increasing the heat transfer area. After condensed, the residual water is extracted to a condensate tank.

Condensed effluents at a temperature of 15°C to 20°C above ambient temperature.
